Overview.  Creekbottomandco.com (aka “Creek Bottom & Company, LLC”) (the Company, We, Us) has the highest respect for privacy and personal information of our users, customers, and visitors. Information that is submitted to this website (site) will be collected, processed, stored, disclosed and disposed of in accordance with applicable U.S. law, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). At this time, we do NOT target users who reside in the European Economic Area (EEA) nor do we offer products or services to users residing in the EEA. Except as provided in this Privacy Policy, we will not release your personal information without express permission except for purposes of data verification and supplementation or such uses as are described in the Company’s relevant policies. 


Representations. Creek Bottom & Company, LLC holds all the necessary licenses, consents and authorizations required to engage in the sale and performance of the programs and services offered on the website.
Purpose of Data Collection.  We may log your IP address when you visit the website. The information logged allows us to track a user throughout the visit to the website. We do not use this information to capture demographic or other information; rather, it is used simply in the administration of the website.
