SHIPPING TURNAROUND

Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of ordering. Orders placed on Friday will not be processed and shipped until Monday.
 

CARRIERS

We use USPS to ship all orders domestically.
 

ORDER TRACKING

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information as soon as it ships.
 

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates begin at $7.99 for USPS First Class.  

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Creek Bottom & Company is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package arrives damaged, you must contact info@creekbottomandco.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you have any problems at all with your order, please email info@creekbottomandco.com. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return your item within 14 days for in-store credit. Unfortunately, Creek Bottom & Company is unable to refund your purchase for returns. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange your item for a different item or size, you may exchange it within 14 days of receiving it. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
